RCT4M Users,

We have identified and fixed a bug in the current version of RCT4M that caused coins to go to zero when a user hired their first janitor. The issue was caused by a faulty calculation in the code that has since been corrected. All users who lost coins as a result of this will automatically have their coins refunded over the 24 hours via our servers. You will get all coins back that you lost plus some additional ones. There is no action needed on your part to get this refund - it is automatic. You do not need to email us to get this fix.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: As this bug occurred in the actual game client, we had to implement a workaround to prevent this from happening to users until a new build can be released. This workaround means that until a new build is approved by the App Stores all janitor prices will be set to zero by us. Note that once a new build is released all janitors hired will be fired and you will then be able to hire them as normal.

Additionally, this also allowed us to fix a number of crashes that we saw reported and so those fixes will be included in the new build as well. We will be posting an announcement once the new build is up but know that until that time the bug will no longer affect users due to our automatic workaround.
